  • 1 whole flank steak (2 1/2 pounds)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add sliced onions. Cook until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Add beef broth and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, gorgonzola, parsley, and salt until smooth.
