- 4 pieces bone-in chicken thighs (about 2 pounds)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons chipotle chili powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 pounds russet potatoes (peeled and cut into chunks)
- 1 cup milk
