- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Juice and zest of 2 limes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin

- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine oil, lime juice and zest, cilantro, salt, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and ground coriander.
- Place chicken in an airtight container or sealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal and shake to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to two hours for best results).
