  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Cool Whip or similar whipped topping
  • 1 (3 oz) package peach-flavored gelatin
  • 1 (3 oz) package cook-and-serve vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 2 cups canned sliced peaches, drained

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the Cool Whip gently until well combined.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared graham cracker crust.
  3. In a small saucepan, whisk together the peach gelatin, vanilla pudding mix, and water. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until it begins to boil. Remove from heat and let cool for about 5 minutes.
  4. Arrange drained peach slices over the cream cheese layer in the crust. Pour the cooled gelatin/pudding mixture evenly over the peaches.
