Ingredients

- 2 cups Red or Yellow Onion (thinly sliced)

- 1 tbsp White Grape Juice Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Fresh Thyme
