Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into cubes
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1 small bell pepper, sliced
- Optional: ½ small onion, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your grill over medium-high heat.
- Cut four large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter with garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Divide halved baby potatoes among the foil sheets and drizzle with garlic butter.
- Layer cubed steak on top of the potatoes, adding more garlic butter.
- Optionally, add sliced vegetables.
- Seal the foil packets tightly to retain steam.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes in the oven or grill for 12–15 minutes until cooked through.
