Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and coat thoroughly with marinade. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake marinated chicken for 30-35 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature must reach 165°F or 75°C).
