Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz smoked turkey sausage, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced turkey sausage and cook until browned (4-5 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add shrimp seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook until pink and opaque (2-3 minutes per side). Remove from skillet.
- Sauté broccoli in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return sausage and shrimp to the skillet. Pour honey garlic sauce over the mixture and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
