- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 8 ounces thinly sliced chicken breast
- 4 ounces sliced provolone cheese
- 3 ounces thinly sliced turkey pepperoni
- 3 ounces thinly sliced turkey breast

- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 ounces shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and lay the bottoms in a baking dish.
- Layer provolone cheese on the bread followed by chicken breast, turkey pepperoni, and turkey slices. Place the tops back on and cut through each slider.
- In a small bowl, combine butter, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt; spread over the tops of each slider.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Prepare the grinder salad by whisking together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl; toss with lettuce and tomatoes.
- Once sliders are baked, carefully remove the tops to add grinder salad inside before serving.
