  • 2 lbs steak (NY strip, ribeye, sirloin, or tenderloin)
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons cajun seasonings (low sodium is ideal, adjust salt accordingly)
  • 4 tablespoons avocado oil, divided
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 2/3 cup parmesan, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 wedges lemon, juice of
  • 1/21 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle generously with sea salt. Bake for 50-60 minutes until tender.
  3. In a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, heat avocado oil. Season steak bites with kosher salt and cajun seasoning; sear until browned on all sides.
  4. In another pot, combine heavy cream, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Whisk over low heat until smooth.
