  • 1 package CURLY'S BABY BACK beef ribs
  • 1 yellow onion (diced)
  • 1 bell pepper (diced)
  • 28 oz can of baked beans
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 3 tbsp molasses
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. In a deep skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onion and bell pepper until softened (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add baked beans, ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, cider vinegar, and mustard to the skillet. Stir well and simmer for 1 minute.
  4. Spray a 13×9 baking dish with non-stick spray. Arrange beef ribs in the dish.
  5. Pour the bean mixture over the ribs.
  6. Cover baking dish with foil or leave uncovered for a crispy top. Bake for 90 minutes until ribs are tender.
