Ingredients
- 1 package CURLY'S BABY BACK beef ribs
- 1 yellow onion (diced)
- 1 bell pepper (diced)
- 28 oz can of baked beans
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp molasses
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 tsp mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- In a deep skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onion and bell pepper until softened (about 5 minutes).
- Add baked beans, ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, cider vinegar, and mustard to the skillet. Stir well and simmer for 1 minute.
- Spray a 13×9 baking dish with non-stick spray. Arrange beef ribs in the dish.
- Pour the bean mixture over the ribs.
- Cover baking dish with foil or leave uncovered for a crispy top. Bake for 90 minutes until ribs are tender.
