Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Black pepper
- 3 jalapeños
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 green onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
