  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Fine Sea Salt
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 180°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the cleaned mushrooms with olive oil until well-coated.
  3. Sprinkle onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper over the mushrooms and mix well.
  4. Place the seasoned mushrooms on smoker grates or in a grilling pan. Smoke for about 30 minutes at 180°F.
  5. Increase the smoker temperature to 475°F and cook for an additional minute or until heated through before serving warm.
