Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- â…“ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups baby spinach, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 ½ Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt

- â…› tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, parmesan, mozzarella, spinach, garlic, salt, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes until well blended.
- Mix together Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a separate bowl.
- On a cutting board, create a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing it sideways without cutting all the way through. Rub olive oil over both sides and season with spice mixture.
- Stuff each breast with the spinach filling evenly.
- Place stuffed breasts in a baking dish and bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
