  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 8 oz noodles (rice noodles or egg noodles)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl.
  2. Coat the chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden brown (6–8 minutes).
  4. Add the prepared sauce to the chicken and let it simmer for 1–2 minutes until thickened.
  5. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and toss with oil if desired.
  6. Combine the cooked noodles with the chicken and sauce mixture.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
