- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup cane sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, flour, and chopped pecans until well-blended. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow it to cool completely.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth using a hand mixer. Gradually add Dream Whip while mixing, then pour in whole milk and vanilla extract. Mix well and gradually incorporate powdered sugar until fully combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pecan crust evenly. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sliced strawberries with water and cane sugar; stir until dissolved. Mix in corn starch until thickened before pouring over the cream cheese layer.
