  • 12 oz package Hawaiian rolls (12 count)
  • 10 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon (crumbled or chopped)
  • 6 slices American cheese (or your favorite cheese)
  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tsp everything seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried minced onion
  • Pinch of kosher salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Minced fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until combined. Add seasonings and mix well.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture. Stir gently until slightly soft and scrambled; then remove from heat.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating them completely. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Layer with cooked turkey bacon pieces, followed by scrambled eggs and American cheese slices.
  6. Place the top halves back on the sliders and brush melted butter over the tops.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 15 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley if desired, slice into individual sliders, and serve!
