  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper; sauté in butter until golden brown (5–6 minutes). Set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, cook minced garlic in butter until fragrant. Stir in honey and soy sauce; return chicken to coat in sauce.
  3. Boil salted water; cook rotini pasta until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  4. Heat cream in another pan; whisk in Parmesan until smooth. Adjust thickness with reserved pasta water if necessary.
  5. Toss rotini with cream sauce, plate, then top with honey garlic chicken and garnish with parsley.
