  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons vegan marshmallow cream
  • 1 drop of pink food coloring

Instructions

  1. Dry the maraschino cherries using paper towels and set aside.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in the white chocolate chips until melted.
  4. Mix in the vegan marshmallow cream until well blended.

  6. Pour into a parchment-lined baking tray, spreading evenly. Let cool at room temperature for about four hours or until set.
